Creating Your Own Redistricting Plans
Free online tools are widely available that allow concerned citizens to create their own redistricting plans. Never in history has the redistricting process been so accessible. These tools come preloaded with the Census data used for redistricting.

- PlanScore: While both DRA and DistrictBuilder provide evaluation, an additional site for evaluating your maps is PlanScore; in addition, you can use it to evaluate maps created by legislatures, redistricting commissions, or other citizens
